Gentlemen, I wanted to thank you again for your outstanding service, your honesty and your professionalism.  The Series IV steam cleaner has been a blessing to this factory.  The factory has an entirely new feel to it.  I noticed this during a walk around with my department managers two days ago.   We are all impressed with your machine beyond just saying the words, that’s why I’m writing this to you. In 20 years of doing clean up with chemicals, I'm speechless.  

As VP of Operations, I have to make many decisions.  A couple of months ago, we discovered that our cleaning process was not as effective as it should be and was costing the company a lot of money in chemicals and labor costs, not to mention that the water consumption was just getting way beyond us cost wise.  "Good enough" is not an option for my business.  Thus, we began looking at the options.  The ideal solution, we discovered, would be a portable indoor operated steam cleaner. There are not too many of these types of machines available and in fact we found, nothing even comes close to your Steamtech Series IV.

As we looked at the market options, we found a handful of machines.  I noticed the cost of your machine was slightly more than some of your competition.  And the cost factor was a concern of mine, I admit.  And so we began to look at some of the cheaper machines. 

Before I shell out thousands of dollars on a machine, I want to see something, a demo, so I can see what I am getting.  Dave, would you believe none of your competition would arrange a demo for our company nor did anybody we spoke with know anything beyond yes or no to answer any questions as to our sanitation concerns. I was clearly amazed frankly with the lack of knowledge they had in explaining the steam process and their machine. My operations officer contacted three companies and nothing.  In fact, they couldn't even answer a lot of the questions we had no matter how we worded them.  It was like they didn't even know their own product or the mounting issues we have in the bacteria world in cleaning food processing plants

And that is when we contacted Steamtech and found our solution.  The call was made; we asked for a simple demonstration and asked many questions of critical information as to what we should expect while operating this machine as an indoor cleaning tool using propane where the other companies had no clue. The demo was impressive and your knowledge of not only the product but the critical importance of cleaning and sanitizing was impeccable.  Your presentation was essential to our decision to purchase the Series IV.  There was not one single question you or your staff could not answer. We were impressed beyond just the cleaning.

We have had the machine for a couple of months and it is simply awesome.  The factory has several areas that have always been cumbersome to clean.  There are a lot of nooks and crannies around the heavy equipment and machinery.  We also have a lot of surfaces with grout and that have always been difficult to clean.  Our factory must be in compliance with federal standards or we simply get shut down.  We had been spending a lot on overtime pay to make sure we had a clean and sanitized facility and the extra labor was costing us dearly.

One important note as with a couple of the tools you suggested. The Drain Wand and the small Hand Wand are indispensible now.  The drain wand paid for itself the first hour of use as we pay a service to clean our drains in the amount of $2600.00 a month, sometimes more. The drains are flowing better than ever before because all the sludge that was just being moved around is now gone and so is the awful smell. The Small Wand has helped in those areas we could never clean; now it’s a breeze. Also that extra hose makes it possible for us to keep cleaning without moving the machine, thanks for that suggestion.

I would like to tell you that in two months, the labor cost has been virtually eliminated.  Your machine can do the work of twelve workers in less than 3/4 the time.  We actually created a part-time position for a single employee to operate the machine.   The grout looks brand new and the areas around the machines look just as good.  We are all impressed and wish we would have made the switch a long time ago.  

And another cost saving benefit that I have noticed was the complete elimination of chemicals.   We spent an exorbitant amount of money on chemicals for the factory even when purchasing in bulk.  We used them every day.  Now we don't and in two months have saved us several thousand dollars a month.  We are obviously very pleased with that statistic.

We also use a lot less water on the floor which will not only save us a bunch of money on our water bill but should also eliminate the injuries to our employees because of slips on wet surfaces.  This has been a problem area over the years because the process of cleaning was to essentially flood the floor with water.  16 gallons of water per minute per worker (we had four at a time) compared to 2 gallons of steam heated water per minute which half evaporated is a no brainer that we never gave thought to. The savings here are off the map.  When you spoke to us about this one issue of water savings we found it impossible to believe till we used it and it has made a believer out of the company brass. We believe it now. The change away from that has been a relief.

The savings in water consumption, materials, drain cleaning and labor are unbelievable.  We anticipate an annual cost savings to exceed over $87,000.00 maybe even more.  We were looking for a better way to clean our facility and got a lot more than ever expected.  This has truly been a win-win situation for the company.  

As you can see, the decision to purchase your machine was clearly the best way to go.   Any business or individual looking for a quality machine is advised to purchase a Steamtech machine.  It is effective, consistent and has long term benefits that include cost savings, improved health and safety conditions and the elimination of chemicals and wasteful water usage.   The integrity and professionalism your company brings to the table and the quality of your products are among the best I have ever encountered.  We plan to purchase two more machines at the beginning of the year as they are simply money makers for us now.
