The SERIES machines were developed and are engineered to meet the sanitation needs of the food industries. The Food Industry market needs to not only clean, but to sanitize as well. Our equipment offers a more efficient way to get these two needs met and allows them to lessen their reliance upon manual cleaning and chemical usage.
Our smaller models, SERIES I and III are portable sanitation service units primarily used in the Foods Service Industry to degrease and sanitize commercial kitchens. The larger models, SERIES IV and V, are engineered for the Food Processing Industry where the areas that need to be sanitized are much greater. A detailed breakdown on these two markets has been included below.
While the Food Industry is our main market, the Series can also be used very effectively in a wide range of business that require portable high temperature machines to cut grease, oil, gum, mold and other substances. A short list of examples can be found below. We don't target these industries because some of the feature benefits that are so important to the Food Industries, like the ability to operate the units indoor and bacteria killing temperatures, are not as important. This allows customers in these secondary markets to use either STEAMTECH or another manufacturer to accomplish their cleaning such as grease stain removal.

*AMUSEMENT PARK INDUSTRY: The SERIES steam cleaners are extremely effective at gum removal and general sanitation of benches, tables, rides, and trash cans. The fact that chemicals are not needed is an important benefit because of cost and also the harm that chemicals can do to plant life.
*AUTOMOTIVE: This is a traditional steam cleaner market. Grease needs to be removed from engines, parts, and shop floors. The compactness and easy operation of our machines is an advantage.
*COSMETIC INDUSTRY: Most cosmetics are oiled based and cleaning must be done indoors. Steamtech units are perfect for their sanitation needs.
*POWER COMPANIES: Again, indoor cleaning of grease, oil and soot. Compact size and portability are major selling features.
*DECK/POOL/DRIVEWAY CLEANING: SERIES machines are ideal for the service contractor who needs a compact and powerful cleaner that is easy to transport to the job site. Our steam temperatures allow them to clean without chemicals.
*HEAVY INDUSTRIAL: The SERIES machines can be used to remove oil from newly manufactured parts like motors prior to packaging. They can also be used to remove grease, oil, and debris from manufacturing machinery.
*GREASE RETRIEVAL COMPANIES: These companies go to restaurants, automotive shops, etc. They need to have a portable machine to clean up after them.
*BOAT YARDS: The machines are excellent at cleaning boat hulls after they are removed from the water and prior to repainting. Our chemical free cleaning means the boat yards don't have to worry about chemical run-off into the water.
